The hotel's decoration was lovely, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with clear signage and conveniently located elevators. It made navigating the hotel hassle-free.
I would have liked to see more activities or options specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some organized tours or events tailored to our needs and interests would have made the vacation even better for us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shalom for a few nights before catching an early flight. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport. Despite not being in a crowded area, it was still easy to reach popular tourist attractions like the folklore museum, shrine, and traditional market. The value for money was excellent, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a decent size bathroom. The hotel is conveniently situated near a bus stop, allowing for easy access to various destinations. it was the best-priced and affordable option I found in Jeju.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room at Hotel Shalom was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area where we could relax with a cup of coffee. The free WiFi and bottled water were convenient amenities, and the private bathroom had both a shower and a bath for a refreshing experience. We loved having a flat-screen cable TV, electric kettle, and work desk in our room. The air conditioning in the twin room ensured a pleasant stay, and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
I found the cable TV in the double room a bit lacking, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still enjoy it.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The beautiful artwork on the walls and the comfortable furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was a pleasure to relax in the hotel's general areas, which were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing assistance with luggage or offering extra support when needed.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and bakery close by. Although not all attractions were within walking distance, there were plenty of buses available. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I got directions and even calling a cab for me early in the morning.
Nothing at all.
